Corey Cuelho, Pear Telco's Head of Marketing and Social Media, brings a wealth of experience and a positive attitude to the company. As a former professional Football player, he was drawn to Pear by its outstanding reputation or just by his father.

Known throughout his youth as "Smiley", his playful and upbeat demeanour shines through the workplace to this day. Corey's hard work is evident both on and off the football field. Aside from work, scoring goals is still in his weekly routine, releasing his inner Tiger Woods on the golf course and cherishing quality time with his loved ones.

Danial Matthews, the Head of Operations at Pear, brings an impressive 15-year history of customer service experience in various elite technical support environments, including 9 years of working with VoIP solutions for a larger telecommunications carrier.

Dan has served in multiple roles throughout his career, from a front-line call agent to a level 2 technical support agent and an internal and overseas staff trainer. His extensive expertise and experience made him a natural choice to join our team, and he has been thriving ever since. Dan is constantly fine-tuning policies and procedures, liaising with upstream carriers, and working hard to ensure our customers have a seamless experience.

In his personal time, Dan prioritises family, raising his young kids, being a loving husband to his beloved wife, and enjoying time with his extended family. Occasionally, he indulges his inner child by sneaking on the Nintendo Switch after the little ones fall asleep.

Drawing from an eclectic blend of professional experiences in both Early Childhood Teaching and Information Technology, Therese is steering her career as a Trainee Systems Engineer at Pear Australia. Here, we believe she can merge her technical abilities with her exceptional customer service skills, dedicating herself to improving user experiences and ensuring client satisfaction. Being bilingual in English and Arabic, Pear believe these skills bolster her customer engagement capabilities and empower her to interact with a diverse range of clients. This, combined with her experience in managerial roles, enables Therese to tackle complex problems with elegance and efficacy. From Lebanese roots, she inherits love for family, friends, and travel.
